NAPA VALLEY - WHY NOT?

When I have free time I try to make a point to sort through my images, mainly to stay organized, which has become more and more important to me as my library of photos grow. I browse through them to trash blah- "what was I thinking" photos (hopefully this isn't often), and then sometimes I come across those, that for whatever reason I overlooked the first time around.

So, I thought I should start giving my poor unnoticed photos some love and a little bit of the blog spotlight from time to time. After all, I was there, I took the photos and some aren't that bad (so WHY NOT)!?

With that said, here are a few I took in Napa that I particularly like but have never shared :)

Have a wonderful holiday weekend!

ORCHIDS

When my orchids stopped blooming flowers for a good four months, I thought for sure I ended their lives, but to my surprise they are back and in full effect!

I love them, especially to bring some color to these cold, dreary winter days.

Happy Monday!

SAN FRANCISCO (Part Four....and I'm done)

Ok so this is it - the final San Francisco trip pics. With so many images, I could keep going, but I've decided that I need to move on to other things! So with that said, this entry is sort of a "hodge podge" of photos from my visit...some flowers, food, architecture, etc.

Oh and on a side note, some people have asked me how they can purchase prints (woohoo!), and the only info I have at the moment is that I'm WORKING ON IT!! I'm trying to come up with the simplest way to handle the processing, etc. Will keep you all posted, but I do hope to have this figured out before the holidays.

Enjoy!

This next one is of these handmade shoes that were for sale everywhereee in Chinatown.

Yum

Great flowers at the Farmer's Market!

I love these two buildings next to each other, the colors along with the brick!

Some strange melons...I think from South America. They were selling fast!

I love how soft and dreamy this next flower looks. You would think that I enhanced it to look like that but I did nothing but snap the picture :)
